Affordable Homeownership Opportunity in Anaheim
Through a partnership between the City of Anaheim, Meritage Homes, and My Way Home, six (6) affordable homes will soon be available to income-qualified homebuyers.
This program is designed to help make homeownership more attainable by providing eligible households with the opportunity to purchase a newly constructed home at an affordable price.
My Way Home is serving as the program administrator and will guide applicants through the application eligibility and mortgage qualification process.
About the Homes
These newly constructed homes are being built by Meritage Homes, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, and are thoughtfully designed with modern layouts, energy-efficient features, and quality craftsmanship.
