  • If you're 62 or older, we’ll help you explore whether a reverse mortgage is right for you. Services include:

    • Clear explanations of costs, benefits, and payment options.

    • Alternatives and additional community resources.

    • HUD-required counseling certificate if you decide to proceed.

    Fee Waiver: The $175 counseling fee is currently waived (limited availability).
