"Stable housing isn’t just a foundation for families—it’s the cornerstone of thriving communities."

Building stronger communities together

With ever increasing requirements and regulations for the development and sale of affordable housing units in California, local cities find that they are missing the needed resources and expertise to fulfill quotas and serve low-income families.

My Way Home can fill this gap. With our expertise and proven track record, we can help navigate and provide solutions for multi-layered affordable housing programs. We’re constantly working with HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) requirements and California-specific housing laws, staying on the cutting edge of the newest regulations, trends, and research.

The Enclave, Ventura

The City of Ventura partnered with My Way Home for the resale of 12 affordable condominiums for low-income households. The condominiums are part of the 91-unit Enclave community on North Bank Drive in Ventura.

My Way Home provided a range of services for this project starting with the development, then the implementation and management, of an Inclusionary Housing Program for the City’s income restricted affordable housing units. From determining applicant eligibility and marketing outreach to the selling and financing of the homes, My Way Home ensured that the City of Ventura was 100% successful in filling the affordable units with qualified homeowners with superior efficiency.

Partnering with My Way Home was advantageous to the City of Ventura in many ways and we would definitely work with My Way Home again!
