Request for Proposals
My Way Home is soliciting proposals from consultants experienced in guiding and establishing Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Ventura County or throughout California for the Lifting Up ADU Housing Strategy. The Consultant will be responsible for development and execution of feasibility study, policies and procedures for internal and external processes to evaluate ADU creation, establish template for scaling programs with capacity building strategies for future funding support.
Lifting Up ADU Creation Initiative was developed by My Way Home with grant funding provided by the Uplift High Road Transition Collaborative (HRTC) with Economic Development Collaborative (EDC) as fiscal agent for HRTC under the State of California-Employment Development Department of the Jobs First Catalyst Initiative.
