Help Shape the Future of ADUs in Ventura County

Whether you're a homeowner interested in building an ADU, a future homebuyer looking for creative housing options, or a landlord renting out a single-family home, we invite you to join us for an online Community Focus Group to share your thoughts and experiences.

Community Focus Group: Accessory Dwelling Units

An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a secondary home built on the same property as a single-family residence. Often called a granny flat, in-law unit, backyard home, or garage conversion, an ADU can provide additional living space for family members, generate rental income, or create more affordable housing options within existing neighborhoods.

My Way Home invites Ventura County residents to better understand the opportunities, challenges and questions surrounding ADUs. Your feedback will help shape future resources, programs, and support for our community.
